Sorry; LilyPond's setup for windows is currently a bit scrappy,
because it's much in flux.  Also I'm moving to a new build system; and
the packages that LilyPond depends on, are being completely redone.

The parse error should be fixed now (hopefully, really), thanks for
the report.
