ly2dvi's handling of titles

Hi,

Upgraded to 1.5.68 (debian unstable) today.
First problem: The title of the second movement of a concerto was placed on 
the bottom of the page before that movement, i.e. something like:

page 1:
<title Allegro>
<notes of mvmt 1>

page 2:
<notes of mvmt 1, continued>
<title Largo>

page 3:
<notes of mvmt 2>

I would expect the title to be glued to the notes it belongs to.

The .ly source is a bit too big to be sent to this list, tell me if you want 
it anyways.
