This is an easy one to figure out, but I don't know
about fixing it.

Upgraded to 1.6.1, and I don't know whether this
is a new one because I never tried to do this
with 1.4.13.

There were no error messages or anything.  Lilypond-book
checks the begin/end{lilypond} block in the
lytex file but when nothing in the block is
changed, but only an \included file is changed,
lilypond-book does not update.

Of course all I have to do is delete *.tex
and it updates ok, but a bug is a bug.
