FYI, the URL for GSView 2.6 isn't working any longer; actually its redirected 
to 
another mirror.

Please update the URL:

http://lilypond.org/stable/Documentation/windows/out-www/installing.html

to point to the new locations of GhostScript software:

ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/aladdin/gs550/

Here you can find bundles for:

GSView 2.6 and GhostScript 5.50
ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/aladdin/gs550/gsv26550.exe

GSView 2.7 and GhostScript 5.50
ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/aladdin/gs550/gsv27550.exe

I downloaded both but installed the GSV2.7/gs5.50 package.  This package does 
not have the nag screen asking for registration...
