Chord tremolo still broken

As noted in several emails on the list in the beginning of November,
the chord tremolo are broken and use the wrong note heads. I just
checked the regression test for 1.7.9 and noticed that the bug
remains. Each note head should correspond to the duration of the
full chord tremolo.
