bug in CVS (lilypond-book) 2

I wondered about that myself.  I just tried buildscripts/clean-fonts.sh
and then ran the file with ly2dvi -P from within Emacs.  It was fine. 
Then I ran the LaTeX wrapper file through lilypond-book.  Some fonts
were generated:

vaticana
mensural
neo_mensural
parmesan

And the output was as I described before.  It is quite reproducible
here.
