EMACS still not ok

i'm still having some problems with EMACS indentation after upgrading to
1.9.9. mostly it seems ok now, but the following code is still behaving
strangely:

\time 2/4 r4 d16\< f c' a
% p3
\time 8/4 d,[ f c'8 a] < d, g, >[ < f b, > c'16 a]\! ~ a1 ~ a4
\time 6/4 r4 a16[\> c < f, b, >8 < d g, >] a'[ c f,16 d] a'[ c f, d]\! r4
R1*6/4*2

...... EMACS wants to indent the \time 6/4.... line under the second d of
the previous line.

it also wants to indent the R1..... line under the first \ of the line
above it.

i don't think there's anything left mismatched in any of these lines, is
there?
