Self-alignment problem

Hi,

In trying to tweak the positions of fingerings in a tremolo, I 
discovered what appears to be a bug: setting the self-alignment-Y 
property within the tremolo adds an erroneous beam. I believe I've 
seen this when trying to modify the padding an/or self-alignment-X 
properties under similar circumstances.
