Should also be USletter version of the .ps.gz manual

This is just a minor annoyance about the documentation website:

 http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.0/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond.ps.gz

does not print well on USLetter paper.  I would like to see a USletter
alternative also directly available (or at least a note that the
postscript file does not print well on USletter).  USletter users may be a
minority, but it wouldn't take too much to accomodate us.

Lilypond is terrific.  Another example of high-quality GNU software.
