If you want someone to help you, you'll need to give a bit more
specific information than "It doesn't work".

This is very strange.  Looking further:

It seems that something is terribly wrong with your Cygwin
installation.  cygcheck -s is supposed to list all shared libraries
and installed packages.

You may want to rerun setup.exe or else report to the cygwin list.
