Problem running Lily 2.1.6/7

Hi,

I have successfully managed to compile and run Lilypond versions up to and
including Lily 2.1.2.

I tried last night to install Lily 2.1.6, and it compiled successfully.
However, when I tried to run it, it processed the music fine, but then failed
when trying to call Latex. I tried Lily 2.1.7, and it fails with exactly the
same error.

I've certainly run the correct lilypond-profile login script each time, and
remembered to run 'ldconfig', 'mktexlsr' and 'texhash'. I am using a much
upgraded version of Mandrake 8, which includes Tetex 1.0.7.

The Lilypond output is copied below. If anyone can suggest what might have
changed in Lilypond recently to cause this, or what I could do to my system
to fix it, I'd be very grateful!
