inconvenience with make get-pfa

After some system updates, I have still not installed mftrace, but
rely on make get-pfa for the Type1 fonts. However, there are some
dependencies such that make fails complaining about the missing mftrace
even if all .pfa files are up-to-date. I have to use 'make -k' to get
the other font files and finish the compilation.
