signal 11 crash

I updated to 2.1.24hwn1 and am now able to get the over/under interlaced
eighth notes with the slurs.  The note heads don't disappear any more. 
But, going back to my original file I'm getting:

I ran Lily again with --verbose and have attached the output.  I presume
you want a *.ly file which causes this.  I don't have time at the moment
to chase down what made Lily choke but I can try later on this evening.
