font-relative-size in system-start-delimiter.cc

I just corrected a bug in accidental.cc so it used font-size instead
of font-relative-size to make a smaller cautionary accidental.
So, I checked if the variable remained anywhere else in the source
code and found some lines in system-start-delimiter.cc. I don't
understand the code well enough to realize if it's just to change
the property name there too, so I leave it as a bug report instead.
(There's also a documentation string in lily/font-size-engraver.cc
that mentions this old property.)
