barlines in pianostaff

I upgraded from 2.1.25 to 2.1.28 the other day. The
default behavior for ending bars in multiple staves
now splits across different staves, so that you get
two ending bars on each staff and a single line
running in between. This is clearly incorrect. In
piano scores AND orchestral scores, ending barlines
continue straight through the connecting staves. Take
a look at an orchestral score - if the parts are
separate then there is NO line, single or double,
through them.. In NO case do you split ending bars for
each stave. This is ugly and incorrect music notation.
