\applyoutput is listed as 'Applyoutput' under the table of contents (and
other connections). I see that on the able of contents, all topics start
capitalized, but \applyoutput is a function name, and when capitalized it has
a new meaning too right?
I know it is minor, but is this quirk preferred to keep the TOC looking
consistent; or is a lowercase form, mentioning '\applylayout' as the section
title, or changing the title to not start with 'Applylayout' (so that a
different word gets capitalized) preferred?
