Macintosh & convert-ly

I swear this is a bug. Really. This time. Honest.

I had some problems running convert-ly on some code I wrote on another 
computer (also a Mac). It turns out that on the other computer, I saved 
my files with Macintosh line breaks instead of UNIX ones. If I resaved 
them under UNIX breaks (as I have BBEdit set to do by default on my 
main machine anyway), convert-ly ran through it perfectly.

Perhaps convert-ly isn't trained to handle Mac linebreaks?
