Link to texinfo download page broken?

Hi,

As I was trying to install a development environment for lilypond I ran into a 
broken link on the web's install pages (or at least it looks like it on my 
system) the link I can reach is :http://www.gnu.org/software/texinfo/ for the 
'homepage' of texinfo or
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/ for the download page.
