Two bugs with solutions

Sorry, I just can't remember the syntax of cvs to make diffs. So I just 
describe the solutions (thanks to Volker Zell for finding these)

in line 23 of cygwin/bug-lilypond.sh

instead of
address@hidden@/share/doc/address@hidden@-1

it should be:

address@hidden@/share/doc/address@hidden@

line 5 of cygwin/lilypond.hint

instead of
requires: bash cygwin fileutils findutils ghostscript libguile12abi13

it should be:
