I haven't done a pure LilyPond installation, but I use cygwin for many
tasks, and it takes 1,5 GB. That 200MB seems real for me, because the
packages needed for LilyPond takes up 68 MB compressed size. (But note
that you get a lot of other things along with LilyPond, which just help
LilyPond or help its helper applications.)
