Re: fermata (and other symbols?) position over up-stem notes

Thanks! Just a nitpick: it shouldn't exactly be centered over the stem (then 
it would seem to be too far to the right), in the example from Edition Peters 
it's a slight adjustment nearer to the stem :)

texidoc = "The fermata on an up-stem note is placed too long to the left. It 
should be moved slightly nearer to the stem."

Should I send a snippet like yours below rightaway if I report a bug report?
