firstpagenumber ignored

The `firstpagenumber' parameter is ignored if the \bookpaper block
comes after \score.  IIRC, there were numerous problems related to the
order of \score and \bookpaper.  Wouldn't it make sense to enforce an
order, this is, to ensure that \bookpaper (and \paper) must come
before any music?  Admittedly, I would prefer if the order can be
arbitrary (to be backwards compatible), but it is apparently my
regular duty to report such problems...
