K Bank will sell certain tangible and intangible assets of Dempsey & Carroll Company and Bethesda Engravers, Ltd. ("Companies") as a secured creditor under the Uniform Commercial Code pursuant to a sealed bid public auction. The assets being sold pursuant to the sealed bid sale include: all general intangibles of Dempsey & Carroll Company, including, without limitation, the name "Dempsey & Carroll," the customer list of Dempsey & Carroll (including all available back up sales records) and all of Dempsey & Carroll's names, trade names, goodwill, watermarks and copyrights; certain dies and engraving plates; certain raw paper inventory bearing the watermark of Dempsey & Carroll; certain inventory consisting of Dempsey & Carroll cards, invitations, social stationary and envelopes; various Dempsey & Carroll catalogues and reference material; and Dempsey & Carroll display booths.

1^ST   Inspection: September 10, 2004 from 10:00 AM till 4:00PM. 

2^ND Inspection: September 24, 2004 from 10:00 AM till 4:00PM.

3^RD and final Inspection: September 30, 2004 from 10:00AM. until 5:00PM.

 

The deadline for submitting sealed bids will be September 30, 2004 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
