Thanks. Apparently Pedro's 2.3.24 package was just before that change. Pedro was kind enough to make those packages after Han-Wen first told me he had fixed the problem. Apparently the fix wasn't complete at that time. I'll just have to wait until Pedro is kind enough to make more packages.
this may or may not be fixed. The included example generates three pages when two will do. I have reduced this down from a part which was taking 12 pages when three or four would have done.Yes, all fixed in CVS.
Meaning you tested my example? Either way open source and Lilypond are amazing!!
