Do you have a scan of a traditionally engraved score which does this?
(preferably, but not necessarily, from an out-of-copyright score). It would
be useful.

I had a look for online examples, and found

It's not *always* done, but page 4, system 3, measure 3, the second natural sign is partially above the previous note in the bar. There are other examples in the same file. I guess I would expect it to be done only in more extreme circumstances. I haven't seen any examples where accidentals have completed overlapped another note, presumably because an accidental centred over or a under a note usually indicates how an trill or ornament would be played.


Also, if we want to list you in the THANKS file (as is standard for ppl
finding bugs/suggestions), do you want Wiz Aus to be displayed, or do you
prefer another name?
