Speaking for #2, I'm happy without bugzilla.  My inbox is a 
sufficient[1] method
of keeping track of doc bugs.  Besides, that way the existing reports 
bug
me (no pun intended) whenever I open my email client.


[1] hey, if it works for Linus and patches for the kernel, it can 
certainly work
for me and doc bug reports.  :)
