The reason why I keep bringing up the Finale JazzCord font set is
because for better or worse, it appears to be pretty much the standard
today in transcribing jazz scores/lead sheets. If Lilypond could
achieve the same thing with ease (i.e., not having to tinker with
hacks or messing with defaults), it would be much easier for people to
switch.
