This sometimes gives too few systems; e.g. lilypond sometimes creates 8 
systems with very tight horizontal spacing on a page, when it would have 
looked better to split it up into 10 more widely spaced systems.

This is why you sometimes must do a workaround with \override 
Score.SeparationItem #'padding.
