2.5.26 bugs, OS X, and thanks!

Hi,

Firstly I wanted to say thanks for releasing a Mac OS X build! It  
really produces an excellent output and is easy to use, thanks for  
putting the work into Lilypond. The actual OS X app could use a few  
features, however, such as direct text editing, being able to process  
more than 1 file per launch, displaying the PDF directly in the app,  
etc..

Secondly, in my first attempt at creating scores I noticed a few bugs  
in the placement of items . I have enclosed a short example, notice:

- The slur in the first 6 chords goes right through the accents. It  
appears the 3rd accent attempts to get out of the way, but the others  
don't (shouldn't the slur be the one to move, anyway?).

- The forte symbol overlaps the tuplet.

- The following slur in the right hand melody should go over the 8va.

- The 8va on the second line gets mixed into the following notes.
