Eastern European characters...

Hi,
I'm a new user of LilyPond, and I enjoy it very much,
exept the next problem: after writting the score in a
text editor, when LilyPond transformes it into a
beautiful score, it transforms the eastern european
characters (some of them) into something similar, but
not identic, and it puts a symbol in space of other
specific hungarian and romanian characters.
For ex. I put the next characters into my score: Õ, Û,
õ û, and they are transformed. The same happen with
the romanian characters: ª Þ º þ.
If you can make some changes in the program to
eliminate this bug, I and many more hungarian and
romanian scorewriter will be very thankfull.
