\mark relative to top of staff markings

I didn't see anything about this in the Changelog, so I assume it's a
bug...
When using a \mark, the horizontal placement is as per usual, but the
vertical placement is above the highest mark on that staff line. In the
example below, the "A" (\default) is above the ^5.
