BUG: in "lilypad.exe +(row)s:(col)s file.ly", (col)s is limited to 19 or less

Hi!

I just installed lilypond 2.6.3 for Windows XP. When invoking lilypad.exe from
Acrobat Reader 7.0 using the point-and-click feature, one will find a bug. In
command "lilypad.exe +(row)s:(col)s file.ly" the "(col)s" argument does not
accept a value which is 20 or greater.

Commands
  lilypad.exe +5:0 file.ly
  lilypad.exe +5:1 file.ly
  ...
  lilypad.exe +5:19 file.ly
open the editor and moves the cursor to the right place, but commands
  lilypad.exe +5:20 file.ly
  lilypad.exe +5:21 file.ly
  lilypad.exe +5:22 file.ly
  etc.
will move the cursor to the place corresponding to
  lilypad.exe +5:0 file.ly
