Augmentation dot collision detection bug

It appears that the collision detection for augmentation dots is slightly
faulty; in the following example the dot on the crotchet in the upper voice
on the second beat is partially obscured by the chord in the lower voice.
This appears to be an isolated incident; if the pitch of the phrase is raised
or lowered by an octave the problem seems to be solved.

I am using Windows XP Home Edition SP2 and Lilypond 2.6.3 stable for windows
(this problem also appears in version 2.6.1 which was installed on a separate
machine also running windows XP).
