There is a problem with the ligature spacing.
I think it is a known problem, but I mention it just in case.

The spacing after a ligature seems to be proportional to the number of notes it contains. This is wrong. If there is a switch to change this behaviour it should be set in the definitions of VaticanaStaff.

\version "2.7.7" %windows native
\include "gregorian-init.ly"
\new VaticanaStaff {
c' \[\virga g' \inclinatum f' \inclinatum e' \inclinatum d' \inclinatum c'\] b
\layout {raggedright=##t}

Thanks very much to the lilypond community.
