Just a couple of extra dependencies I found whilst doing an updated
lilypond package for gentoo:
tetex is needed at build time - it's where metafont hangs out, but isn't
listed.
flex, bison perl, are all checked in the configure script for 2.6.4 but
not listed as dependencies (all compile time dependancies).
