        CVS_RSH=ssh cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/lilypond co 
lilypond

should read:


        cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/lilypond co lilypond

It is unnecessary to set CVS_RSH since pserver does not use ssh.

Both http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.7/Documentation/topdocs/INSTALL.html and
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.6/Documentation/topdocs/INSTALL.html refer to
the old way of checking out lilypond.
