The first option did the trick, the last option, and the combination of
both options went wrong.
Thanks, because I need lilypond-book very, very much to typeset the
choral part for our chuch-choir. This project broke down due to the
fact that I could not install Lilypond on Mandriva 2005LE, due to the
dependecies.
I wonder what distro's are you running to get Lilypond to run/compile at
such a fast rate of bugfixes/whish-lists??
