This release fixes a lot of bugs, in particular related to Tie
formatting. In addition, it contains support for creating ties that are
only on their right side connected to note heads, which is handy for
repeats. The work on ties was sponsored by Steve Doonan.
Before the 2.8 release, please fix the volta-bracket-break bug
introduced somewhere around version 2.7.12. It is a very serious bug,
in that the output looks really bad and it occurs quite often (at
least in my kind of music).
