The "Mary had a little lamb" example in "7.3.1 Setting simple songs" is
supposed to show how you can add additional verses in a separate markup
below the score. However, this markup isn't included in the printed
example (at least in the latest version 2.7.36 of the manual available
at lilypond.org).
