I see the same thing, occurring with
input/typography-demo.ly

This halts "make web", of course.

Cameron: don't bother sending .ly examples; fixing typography-demo will almost certainly fix your issues as well.

This is the result of a "quick" fix for the chopped instrument name issue that was supposed to not touch any code. I get what I deserve; I skipped the QA step (which is: running typography-demo.ly) for that final fix.

stay tuned for a 40-2 release.
