That alone wouldn't qualify as a bug IMHO -- I can imagine that it
sometimes makes sense to compress the beams vertically that dense.
Instead I consider it as a bug that the beams in general are too near
to the note heads. By default, such short stems below a 16th beam
must not be allowed.
