If you view the on-line HTML version of the manual, you can click on the
links to the different example files to see them.
However, all examples in input/test/ are included in the Tips and Tricks
document and all examples in input/regression/ are included in the
Regression Tests document.
Since the page numbers change between versions, it's much better to refer
to the section number and name in emails like this one.

Hello:
I cannot figure out how to properly enter the extended jazz chords (7#9, m7b5,
7b5b9, etc). I have tried to go through the chordNameExceptions as explained in
the manual on pages 104-105 but I cannot figure them out properly. I found a
file called chord-modifiers-init.ly which appears to refer to the explanation on
pages 104-105. Should this file be \included in the target file?
I cannot find the file 'input/test/chord-names-jazz.ly' as described on page
106. I am using version 2.8.3.
Please advise.

Lawrence Whitby
