appoggiatura causes timing problems in midi output

Dear sirs,

great package lilypond. 
I installed in in Ubuntu breezy badger and later on
ubuntu 6.06 dapper drake using the package manager.
This installed version 2.6.3

I upgraded to 2.8.5 by using the installation package
from your website and set
an alias in .bashrc to get the new version. (alias lilypond =
'/usr/local/bin/lilypond')

This works fine.
I use timidity to play the music. ubuntu comes with version 2.13.2

I programmed Mozarts Alla Turca to test lilypond and it produced great output,
only the music goes out of sinc when I use the \appoggiatura pieces.
Please find below the source that goes wrong.
