I hope you first verified that each of your example files works well
with normal PDF output:
lilypond myfile.ly

I also hope that you have searched the mailing list archives for
hints on which programs that can handle the SVG files from LilyPond
and if any extra tweaks are necessary to get all the fonts working, for
example.
