Just installed 2.9.21 and get the same error with the only difference
being the path in the SystemError:

/home/lilydev/vc/gub/target/mingw/src/Python-2.4.2/Objects/listobje
ct.c:243: bad argument to internal function


hi,

I don't have access to a windows machine anymore, so I need your help in troubleshooting. Can you go to

  http://lilypond.org/download/binaries/mingw/

in which 2.9 version this problem appeared? (Also, some installers generated dates far in the future. - you need to touch the time stamps on those files before testing)
