hi,I don't have access to a windows machine anymore, so I need your help in troubleshooting. Can you go to
http://lilypond.org/download/binaries/mingw/in which 2.9 version this problem appeared? (Also, some installers generated dates far in the future. - you need to touch the time stamps on those files before testing)
