I'm sorry, I can't see a collision.  I agree that the clef looks a bit 
too close to the rest, but it isn't actually colliding.

I believe that there are ways to modify the behavior of clefs inside the 
bar; have you tried looking at the program reference, LSR, and tricks 
and tips?
