Hello,
I found several messages about problems with lilypond-book under Windows, but
no solution. Is there anyone who made this working? Can you send a simple recipe
how to make that work? I do not bother about lilypond's version to use. I am
completely satisfied if even an older version does the job.
BTW: I use MikTeX (2.5 Beta 13), only in case that matters.
