Lilypond version 2.10.
An error occours during compilation. No problems with .ps format, but .pdf is
not created. Seems to be casual. The input does not involves "strange"
commands, i used only PianoStaff, relative, key and time. It is not
an "hereditary" error, i.e. if
lilypond A.ly
returns an error, the insertion of one-two measures in A.ly leads to an error-
free compilation.
The compiler says that the the error is related with line 41 of init.ly and say
that a '=' was expected while a ')' was found.
Such error messages typically indicate that you have some syntax error in
your input file, for example that a right curly brace is missing or that
you
have a character string where you forgot the final double quote.
Also, if you get such errors, you will neither get a new .ps nor a new
.pdf.
Are you sure that it's not old copies of the files that you see.
