Accidentals too close to barline

Hi,

I know that Frédéric Chiasson has already reported similar (maybe the
same) issues. But I felt that a truly _minimal_ example might still be
helpful. If it is not, please simply ignore this message.

In the example attached below the flat sign is too close to the "repeat"
barline (it is the same with other accidentals). It seems to be handled
better (correctly?) in v.2.11.10. Interestingly, when using a normal
barline there is also a greater distance. It seems as if lilypond
doesn't take the additional thickness of the repeat barline into account.
