This example works fine on its own, but when I play it multiple times in
quicktime,
the first note is screwed up. The microtonal shift should also be undone
before the
_first_ note, in case the previous MIDI file ended on a microtonal shift.
(you could argue that this is a bug in my MIDI player, but IMO it's easy enough
to
add to lilypond and it would be nice).
I think the "fixed_2_15" label can remain.
